Key Responsibilities:
· Safely operate Excavator on solar project sites
· Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
· Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup, and other duties as assigned
· Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations
· Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 year of experience operating Excavators
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
· Pre-employment drug test required
Pay: $25-30 Hourly
