Key Qualifications

• Self-motivated and is a self-starter
• Strong work ethics
• Works well in ambiguity
• Flexible and adaptive towards changing processes and environments
• Thrive in fast-paced environments
• 2+ years of sales background
• Solar or technical background strongly preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Residential Solar installation
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Climb ladders and work on rooftops
• Work in hot conditions (on top of the roof)
