Built, Not Hired

That doesn't mean we don't hire leaders, but we're looking for people who want to build a career and grow into leadership. If you don’t have specific experience in solar or a related construction field but want to get in on a growing industry, now is the time. If you have a solid, reliable work history, and you've had experience working physically demanding jobs, or working at heights, even better!

Also, if you’ve taken classes in solar or received a solar certification, we’d want to talk!

• Don't take responsibility for tasks or accountability for mistakes
• Are afraid of heights
• Can’t tolerate working outdoors in all types of Colorado weather…weird as that can be
• Can’t easily get along with a team of people working on a roof as well as the people living underneath it

Our starting pay is $20-$21 per hour. 
Pay may increase with full competence and proficiency.

Applicants will be accepted for this position on an ongoing basis.
As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully pass a background check.
