Solar Installer – Oceanside
Job Description
We are seeking motivated Solar Installers/Laborers to support a solar construction project in Oceanside. This role is responsible for assisting with material handling, module installation, and basic mechanical tasks on-site.
Daily responsibilities include:
Moving and staging materials, modules, and equipment
Assisting with solar panel (module) mounting and installation
Cutting materials as needed using hand and power tools
Cutting/opening containers and handling packaging materials
Supporting conduit work, wire pulls, and basic terminations
Maintaining a clean and safe job site
Following all site safety and PPE requirements
Required Skills
Solar labor or general construction labor experience
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Basic knowledge of conduit bending, wire pulling, or electrical work is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
