Solar Sales Consultant

$100,000–$125,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission

SpartanX Solar is hiring motivated Solar Sales Consultants to grow our Pennsylvania market.

This is a commission-based sales position for people who are comfortable talking to homeowners, generating opportunities, and closing business. Solar experience is a plus, but proven success in direct sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, home improvement, roofing, telecom, or another performance-driven sales environment is highly relevant.

What You'll Do

• Speak directly with homeowners about residential solar
• Generate and develop your own sales opportunities
• Conduct solar consultations and guide homeowners through the sales process
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Maintain an active sales pipeline
• Work your assigned market and surrounding communities
• Represent SpartanX professionally in the field

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with direct homeowner interaction and prospecting
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Competitive, coachable, and results-driven
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment

Compensation

OTE: $100,000–$125,000+

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance.
