Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Door-to-Door Sales Closers who can take a homeowner from initial conversation to signed solar agreement.

This is a full-cycle role where you will:

  • Generate your own opportunities through door knocking
  • Conduct in-home consultations
  • Present customized solar solutions
  • Close high-value deals

This role is ideal for individuals who:

What You'll Do

Door-to-Door Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods daily
  • Identify qualified homeowners
  • Set and run your own appointments

In-Home Sales & Closing

  • Conduct consultations with homeowners
  • Educate on:
    • Energy savings and cost reduction
    • Solar system benefits and incentives
    • Financing and ownership options
  • Present customized solar proposals
  • Handle objections and close deals on-site

Full-Cycle Pipeline Management

  • Manage deals from first contact consultation close
  • Follow up to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain consistent daily activity and performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in:
    • Door-to-door sales (REQUIRED)
    • Solar, roofing, alarms, or high-ticket sales (preferred)
  • Strong ability to build trust and close confidently
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging homeowners daily
  • Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and consistency
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection

Compensation & Earnings

  • 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
  • High commissions per install
  • Performance bonuses and incentives

  • $120,000 – $300,000+ annually
