What You'll Do

  • Educate homeowners on solar, batteries, and energy solutions
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
  • Design custom solar + storage systems
  • Present ownership, loan, and PPA options
  • Guide customers through contracts and follow-up
  • Manage your pipeline with support from our internal team
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure fast installs

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience (solar or home improvement preferred)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ethical approach
  • Reliable transportation
  • California HIS license (or willingness to obtain)
