We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager who brings both deep solar expertise and a passion for driving revenue growth. In this role, you'll be the bridge between innovative technology and real‑world customer needs-building strong relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and expanding our footprint across commercial, industrial, and utility‑scale markets.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments for both trading and Lifecycle products.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Work with in-house teams (purchasing, operations, management) to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer records on outreach and quoting.
Provide regular updates on market activity, customer feedback, and competitive positioning.
Report accurate forecast on sales pipeline and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, installers, developers, and distributors.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires being onsite at our Houston, TX office, and relocation is required if you are not currently located in Houston.
