Solder Associate

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solder Associate to work in Plano, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and production process, ensuring that electronic components are soldered with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering tasks on various electronic components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure solder joints meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus.
• Previous experience soldering required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and their functions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
