Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking an Assembler II to join their team. As an Assembler II, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler II

Location: Bedford, MA

Pay Range: $21-$25

Shift: Monday-Friday, first shift, start time may vary

What's the Job?

• Perform hand soldering of wires, cables, connectors, and electrical components to quality and workmanship standards
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components into finished products based on customer and engineering requirements
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, BOMs, and schematics
• Use hand and power tools to complete precision assembly work accurately and safely
• Inspect finished products and subassemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify and report defects, non-conformances, or assembly issues during the production process
• Support testing of finished assemblies and components as needed
• Assist with rework, adjustment, or replacement of faulty components when necessary
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support continuous improvement, process feedback, and production efficiency initiatives
• Train or support entry-level assemblers when needed

What's Needed?

• Previous soldering and assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with wire soldering, cable soldering, and small electrical component assembly
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• High attention to detail and ability to work with precision mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are a plus
• Experience with high-precision assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, or pneumatic motor assembly is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with production, engineering, and quality teams
