Solderer - 2nd Shift

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled Solderer for the 2nd Shift at their client's facility in Brea, CA. This position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity, where the successful candidate will utilize their experience working per IPC-7711-7721 standards and perform rework under a microscope. The role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow work instructions and interpret mechanical and PCBA documentation written in English.
• Assist with simple rework, hand soldering, and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain necessary logs and records.
• Utilize hand-held tools such as tweezers, soldering iron, hotplate, etc.
• Facilitate verbal and written communication between co-workers, production line, SMT operators, and other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in assembly and soldering of thru-hole and SMT components is preferred.
• Must have strong attention to detail.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Benefits

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour.
