What You'll Do as a Solderer:- Perform hand soldering of electronic components using soldering tools
- Assemble circuit board components with precision under a microscope
- Inspect boards and components to ensure quality standards are met
- Use small hand tools such as pliers and cutters during assembly
- Hold and position boards for detailed soldering and inspection tasks
- Complete required production and assembly documentation
- Enter production data into computer systems
- Follow supervisor instructions and support production processes
What You Need to Bring to the Solderer Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in soldering or electronic assembly preferred
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Ability to use basic computer systems for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under a microscope and remain seated for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet physical job requirements
