Solderer/Assembler

Electro Mechanical Assembly of electronic power  components. Must have good manual /fine pitch soldering skills

A production assembler who has SMT soldering skills. The have the experience and ability to remove SMT integrated circuits and components and can solder through hole parts. We are a high mix low volume production house so they will also be required to perform some assembly which has been the issues. Most solderers prefer to solder all day. This is probably a 50/50 mix.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

➢ Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and procedures.

➢ Ability to read and fill out process route sheets.

➢ Proficient in the use of small hand tools and soldering guns

➢ Familiarity with common ESD (electro static discharge)practices.

➢Will perform pc board assembly and solder and basic e/m assembly work
