Location: Fullerton, CA

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Gear Up for Success With:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Previous experience with through-hole soldering required (SMT soldering experience is a plus)
• IPC-A-610 Certification required
• Experience performing electronic assembly and rework tasks
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, and electronic assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You'll Be Hands-On With:

• Hand-solder electronic components, including connectors, wires, and small parts, onto printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
• Perform through-hole soldering and rework of electronic assemblies
• Complete box-build assembly and integrate circuit boards with wiring harnesses and connectors
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and production documentation
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met
• Follow IPC soldering and electronics assembly standards throughout the production process
• Assemble electronic products and prepare units for final enclosure installation
• Use soldering irons, wire strippers, hand tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report defects or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Support continuous improvement and other production-related tasks as needed
