Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Hand-Solderer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and products, contributing significantly to our innovative projects. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality, reliable electronic devices.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform complex and precise soldering tasks on a variety of electronic components, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
2. Read, interpret, and accurately implement assembly instructions and blueprints.
3. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.
4. Troubleshoot and repair faulty electronic components and assemblies.
5. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to improve product designs and manufacturing processes.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
7. Keep detailed records of all work performed, including any issues encountered and steps taken to resolve them.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a soldering role for miniature electronic components onto PCBs
2. Proficient in micro-soldering with a proven track record of high-quality work.
3. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and assembly instructions.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair electronic faults.
5. Experience working with microscopes, tweezers, and micro-soldering irons.
6. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a soldering environment.
7. H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent required.
8. J-STD-001 Class III Solder Certification preferred or willingness to acquire within the first 90 days.
