Solderer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join a precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble and solder high-reliability glass-to-metal and hermetically sealed components, perform testing and inspections, and support secondary assembly operations. The ideal candidate has strong soldering skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with small components under a microscope.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Some schedule flexibility may be available

Location: Wilton, NH

Responsibilities

• Solder and assemble small components to quality standards
• Work under a microscope to inspect and verify parts
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Perform testing using basic electronic test equipment
• Clean and inspect finished assemblies
• Identify and report quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of soldering experience in manufacturing
• J-STD-001 certification (or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working with small parts under a microscope
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Familiarity with basic assembly tools and measuring equipment
