What You'll Do as a Soldering Assembler:- Assemble circuit boards and electronic systems using soldering, crimping, and hand tools
- Install components, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly casings
- Perform manual assembly of through-hole and surface-mount components
- Solder and fit parts together using adhesives, epoxies, and precision tools
- Inspect and test assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective components as needed
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and verbal directions
- Maintain quality standards and support team production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Soldering Assembler Role:- Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 6 months experience in manufacturing within the last 2 year, preferably in electronic assembly or soldering
- Ability to follow IPC-A-610 or similar quality standards
- Must be able to use small hand tools and operate light machinery
- Must be able to read work instructions, drawings, and basic measurements
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small components
- Must be able to perform detailed work under a microscope
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
