SOLDERING AND ASSEMBLY – Brooksville/Spring Hill Area Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something bigger? We’ re hiring  experienced  Soldering  Assemblers for a  new  manufacturer in the area.   Why You’ ll Love Working  With  Us:

  What You’ ll Be Doing: 

• Soldering components onto PC boards.
• Assembling final  components  using hand and power tools with accuracy and care 
• Follow instructions  and schematics 
• Perform quality checks and  troubleshoot  minor assembly issues 
• Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, organized work area 

  What We’ re Looking For: 

• At least one year of  soldering experience is required 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Electrical assembly experience is a plus 
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and  lift up  to 35  lbs  throughout the shift 
• Reliable transportation and excellent time management 
• A self-motivated individual who works well in a team
