Responsibilities
- Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is a plus.
- Proven experience in soldering and electronic assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes.
