We are hiring Soldering Operators for an electronics manufacturing facility in Southlake. This position performs hand and/or automated soldering on electronic products while following work instructions, IPC standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand and/or automated soldering on electronic components and products.
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and IPC standards.
• Operate soldering tools, equipment, and related machinery safely.
• Inspect completed work and identify or report quality issues.
• Complete basic equipment cleaning and 5S maintenance.
• Enter or maintain required production information in company systems.
• Meet production, quality, and efficiency expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering or electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
• IPC-610 knowledge or certification is a plus.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and read English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce consistent, quality work.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Schedule

1st Shift: Approximately 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, depending on department/staggered start time.
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

Please note: 2nd-shift employees will train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks.

Overtime may be required during the week or on weekends based on production needs.

Work Environment: Climate-controlled facility with a casual, appropriate dress code.
