Soldering & Production Assembly Technician (Soldering Experience Required) Pay: Based on experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. Soldering experience is preferred but not required. This role involves assembling and preparing lighting products in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Soldering
Use extreme precision to prepare surfaces, apply flux, and heat to fuse pieces together.
Preparation of linear strip lights.
Assembly of linear strip lights.
Assembly of wire leads and harnesses per layout drawings.
Production Assembly
Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills.
Review production order documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete builds accurately and efficiently.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to successfully pass a background check
