Soldering & Production Assembly Technician (Soldering Experience Required)
Pay: Based on experience


We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. Soldering experience is preferred but not required. This role involves assembling and preparing lighting products in a fast-paced production environment.


Key Responsibilities

Soldering 

• Use extreme precision to prepare surfaces, apply flux, and heat to fuse pieces together.
• Preparation of linear strip lights. 
• Assembly of linear strip lights. 
• Assembly of wire leads and harnesses per layout drawings.

Production Assembly

• Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills.
• Review production order documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete builds accurately and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

•  Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

•  Must be authorized to work in the United States 
•  Ability to successfully pass a background check
