About the Role: Join AUCTUS ELECTRO ASSEMBLY LLC as a PCB Soldering Technician and be a vital part of our innovative team in Rolling Meadows, IL. In this exciting role, you will work with cutting-edge technology to assemble and solder printed circuit boards, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Perform precision soldering of components according to specifications and IPC quality standards.
Conduct visual inspections and tests to ensure proper assembly and functionality.
Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment effectively and safely.
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency.
Document production processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in training new team members on soldering techniques and best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is a plus.
Proven experience in PCB soldering and assembly in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with IPC standards for soldering and assembly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a commitment to quality.
