FieldBridge is looking for a Solids Control Specialist in Shreveport, LA to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $22.00 - $26.00/hour + $30.00/day per diem | Rotation: 14 days on / 7 days off. Great OT opportunity. At $26/hr and 84 hr/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,896 gross.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Field Specialists in Solids Control to work on drilling waste management and solids control operations out of the Shreveport, LA location. In this role, you will be deployed to active well sites to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot solids control equipment — including shale shakers, hydrocyclones, centrifuges, screw conveyors, and solids control pumps — to separate drill cuttings from drilling fluids and manage drilling waste in compliance with environmental and safety standards. The Shreveport base serves onshore drilling operations across the ArkLaTex region, supporting oil and gas operators who rely on ourteam to maximize drilling fluid recovery, minimize waste, and keep the rig running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot solids control equipment including shale shakers, hydrocyclones, centrifuges, and screw conveyors at the wellsite
  • Monitor the drilling fluid system, track low gravity solids, and apply primary techniques for drilling waste management
  • Perform startup and shutdown of all ES equipment safely and in accordance with SLB procedures
  • Maintain, change, and repair oilfield screens on the job and assist with Standard Equipment Maintenance procedures in the workshop and at the wellsite
  • Track and manage discharge volumes, monitor wellsite inventory, perform job risk analysis, and participate in HSE and Service Quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of drilling rig types, rig components, drilling operations, and the drilling fluids circulation system
  • Hands-on experience operating solids control equipment such as shale shakers, centrifuges, and hydrocyclones
  • Familiarity with location-specific equipment such as HiSide, Cuttings Re-Injection systems, or High Pressure Pumps a plus
  • Strong safety mindset with commitment to HSE compliance and PPE requirements
  • Ability to complete operational reports and communicate effectively with rig crews and supervisors
  • Must be available for 14 days on / 7 days off rotation and 100% field deployment to well locations
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
