Seeking for a Solution Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements to support enterprise platform capabilities. This role involves working closely with platform engineers and stakeholders to ensure requests align with enterprise standards and maximize business value.

Core Work Activities:

• Requirements Analysis & Intake:
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from various teams.
  • Translate requests into problem statements, use cases, and success criteria.
  • Identify gaps, assumptions, and dependencies for complete understanding.
  • Use data insights to validate and shape requirements.
• Backlog Refinement & Documentation:
  • Decompose requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain backlog quality and documentation using collaboration tools.
  • Work with the Technical Product Owner to define and track KPIs.
• Data-Driven Prioritization & Observability Insights:
  • Analyze platform usage and performance data for prioritization.
  • Leverage observability platforms to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting for better visibility.
• Prioritization & Planning Support:
  • Support work prioritization based on business value, risk, and effort.
  • Assist in organizing demand for roadmap decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Facilitate requirement refinement sessions with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate updates and dependencies effectively.
• Platform Alignment & Continuous Improvement:
  • Ensure requirements align with enterprise standards and reusable components.
  • Encourage adoption of standardized solutions.
  • Contribute to improvements in requirement management processes.

Requirement:

• Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or technology delivery.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms and DevSecOps.
• Preferred:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize complex information into clear outputs.
  • Experience with data analysis concepts and tools.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Basic familiarity with observability platforms.
  • Interest in security, compliance, or policy-driven technology solutions.
