Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead architecture design, integration strategy, and enterprise transformation initiatives across Sales and CRM ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales system architecture, enterprise integrations, capability modeling, and large-scale business transformation programs. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to design scalable solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and define end-to-end solution architectures for Sales, CRM, and enterprise business applications.
  • Lead architecture discussions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
  • Create architecture diagrams, system interaction models, integration flows, and data movement designs.
  • Define and maintain application capability maps, business architecture models, and target-state architecture roadmaps.
  • Evaluate current-state systems and recommend modernization, consolidation, or transformation strategies.
  • Design and govern API-based integrations and cross-platform data exchange solutions.
  • Establish system-of-record strategies and ensure data consistency across enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and data teams to drive enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • Support M&A integration activities, including application rationalization, data migration, and process harmonization.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural impacts across multiple systems.
  • Drive architecture governance, standards, and best practices across projects and programs.
  • Explore and implement AI-assisted workflows, Copilot solutions, and intelligent automation opportunities within enterprise ecosystems.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Systems Integration.
  • Strong experience with Sales and CRM platforms, including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account Management, and Sales Forecasting.
  • Experience designing enterprise application architectures and integration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, and system-of-record concepts.
  • Experience with enterprise data flows, data dependencies, and cross-system architecture.
  • Experience facilitating architecture workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Knowledge of capability modeling, business architecture, and architecture mapping (L2/L3 capabilities).
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives and technology modernization programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration programs.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Client Dynamics 365, or similar.
  • Exposure to AI-powered solutions, Copilot platforms, and intelligent workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
  • Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
