The Opportunity:

As a Senior Solution / Implementation Manager, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of our customer programs. You’ll mentor junior managers, develop best practices, and drive strategic capability development across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Solution Development

  • Lead creation of customer‑specific program solutions.
  • Assess and integrate key customer requirements.
  • Provide required inputs for quoting.
  • Continuously refine and improve solution approaches.

Implementation Insight

  • Offer guidance on operational challenges and best practices during the quoting and design process.

Solution Integration

  • Ensure smooth handoff of solutions to implementation teams.
  • Support transition into sustainable, ongoing operations.
  • Ensure execution of critical customer requirements.

Project Management

  • Drive proactive cross‑functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead communication cadence, meetings, and status updates.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation.
  • Execute gated presentations and escalate issues when customer expectations may be at risk.
  • Run lessons‑learned activities and apply insights to future projects.

Sales Support

  • Understand technical requirements necessary for successful delivery.
  • Support pre‑sales design with solution expertise and options.
  • Develop customer value propositions using value stream mapping, customized solutions, and ROI analysis.
