Solution Architect Acumatica

What if your role wasn’t to implement systems—but to design how businesses actually run?

We’re partnering with a growing ERP consulting firm looking to add a Solution Architect to their team. This role is centered on leading discovery, shaping solutions, and setting projects up the right way from the start.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand how their business operates—especially across accounting and financial workflows—then design a path forward within a modern ERP platform. From there, you’ll create the blueprint that guides the implementation team and stay involved as a key decision-maker throughout the project.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll spend more time thinking, designing, and guiding—and less time buried in execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and requirements 
• Design ERP solutions aligned to financial and operational workflows 
• Create structured scoping documents that guide implementation 
• Act as a decision-maker and escalation point during project delivery 
• Partner with consultants to ensure alignment between design and execution 

What You Bring

• ERP consulting experience, ideally in a Solution Architect or similar role 
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes 
• Experience leading discovery, scoping, and solution design 
• Ability to translate business needs into system architecture 
• Experience with Acumatica is ideal; similar ERP platforms are relevant 

Additional Details

• Remote flexibility with some travel
