Job Title: Solution Architect – Agentic AI & Cloud Integration

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect – Agentic AI & Cloud Integration to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI-powered web and mobile applications that leverage Agentic AI workflows. This is a highly consultative, client-facing leadership role requiring an individual who can define enterprise solutions, engage executive stakeholders, and guide complex technical initiatives from concept through production deployment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, high-performance solutions that integrate autonomous AI agents with cloud platforms, enterprise APIs, and third-party SaaS applications. Equally important, this individual will serve as the primary technical advisor to client stakeholders, translating business objectives into solution architectures while providing technical leadership throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Success in this role requires a balance of strategic architecture, hands-on technical expertise, solution definition, and executive communication. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered enterprise AI solutions, possesses proven Agentic AI implementation experience, and is comfortable collaborating with senior client executives, engineering teams, and external technology partners—including engaging directly with Google AI specialists on architecture decisions and implementation strategies.
Client is looking for more than a technical architect—they need a seasoned enterprise Solution Architect who can:
- Lead solution definition from business discovery through architecture and delivery.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bring real-world Agentic AI implementation experience and confidently represent the solution in discussions with Google AI experts and other senior technical leaders
Objectives1. Define Enterprise AI Solutions That Align Technology with Business Strategy
Within the first six months, lead solution discovery workshops with executive stakeholders to define enterprise AI architectures that address complex business challenges. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while establishing implementation roadmaps, governance standards, and measurable business outcomes. Success will be measured by stakeholder alignment, approved solution architectures, executive confidence, and successful transition into delivery.
2. Lead Executive Stakeholder Engagement Throughout the Solution Lifecycle
Serve as the trusted technical advisor for client leadership by facilitating architecture reviews, communicating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, managing executive expectations, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical delivery. Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations while providing leadership throughout multi-month enterprise engagements. Success will be measured through stakeholder satisfaction, executive sponsorship, project alignment, and long-term client relationships.
3. Deliver Production-Ready Agentic AI Solutions
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Agentic AI solutions that integrate with cloud services, enterprise platforms, and external APIs. Demonstrate deep expertise in AI orchestration, autonomous agent workflows, and production deployment while collaborating confidently with Google AI experts and other technical specialists. Success will be measured through successful production implementations, solution quality, client adoption, and measurable business value.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience in:
- Leading enterprise solution architecture engagements from discovery through production deployment.
- Defining end-to-end solution architectures that balance business objectives, technical feasibility, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders while communicating complex technical concepts in clear business language.
- Leading architecture discussions with senior client leadership, engineering organizations, and external technology partners.
- Delivering enterprise Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and orchestration technologies.
- Confidently representing the organization's technical direction while collaborating with Google AI specialists and other industry experts.
- Providing hands-on technical leadership while mentoring engineering teams and guiding successful project execution.
Required Experience- 10+ years of enterprise software architecture and solution design experience.
- Demonstrated Solution Definition experience leading enterprise initiatives from business discovery through implementation.
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience, including presenting to executive leadership and facilitating architecture decisions across business and technical teams.
- Hands-on Agentic AI implementation experience delivering production-grade AI solutions and participating in architecture discussions with senior AI specialists, including Google experts.
- Strong experience designing enterprise web, mobile, cloud, and API-centric architectures that integrate AI into real-world business processes.
