At Kinestry, we’re taking NexGig, our AI-powered HR technology platform, to the global market. We’re looking for a Solution Architect who can sit at the intersection of AI, Product, Technology, and Customers.

What makes this role different?

You won't just design architectures.

You'll help customers answer:
Where can AI create real value in HR workflows?
Should we use an LLM, AI Agent, automation, or a combination?
How do we integrate with the existing HR tech ecosystem?
How do we turn an AI demo into a production-ready solution?
How do we improve AI quality, reliability, and time-to-value?

What You'll Do

• Lead technical demos, solution design, proposals, and RFPs
• Translate GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents & workflows into practical business solutions
• Drive implementations from solution design → integrations → go-live → optimization
• Design solutions across ATS, HRIS/HCM, Talent Acquisition, CRM & assessment platforms
• Partner with Product & Engineering to turn customer challenges into scalable product capabilities
• Help establish practices for AI testing, evaluation, quality, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with customers, technology partners, Product, Engineering, and the VP of Growth

Who We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in one or more of:

• Solution Architecture

• Sales Engineering

• Technical Consulting

• SaaS Implementation

• Product Technology

And hands-on exposure to AI / GenAI / LLM-powered products.

Must have:
Strong SaaS architecture knowledge
APIs & enterprise integrations
Enterprise customer-facing experience
Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills

Big Plus: Experience with HR Tech, HCM, Talent Acquisition or platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Bullhorn, or SAP SuccessFactors.
