- 10+ years of hands-on programming experience in Java, Python, Scripting languages. Good experience in Oracle, MongoDB databases.
- 5+ years hands-on architectural and design experience. Function as the technical representative for development, remove technology roadblocks including code, build, deployment.
- Interpret , develop and ensure security, stability, scalability within functions of technology, with low to moderate complexity and identify, manage and mitigate technology and enterprise risk.
- 5+ years experience with enterprise grade automation / observability solutions including design, development and rollout using tools like Ansible, Grafana, Splunk, Promotheus
- Development experience in data platforms like Ab Initio / Teradata
- 5+ years experience in solution design, estimation, planning, end to end implementation, change management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
