Solution Architect I - Enterprise Solutions

Location: Bothell, WA

Responsibilities:

• Own the overall D365 F&O/F&SCM solution architecture for healthcare clients, covering finance, supply chain, procurement, projects, and shared services.
• Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable F&O designs including integrations, data, and security.
• Lead discovery and fit gap workshops with stakeholders in the USA and India, aligning solution design with local regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements.
• Define environment, deployment, and ALM strategy for multi-region programs.
• Design and govern integrations between D365 F&O and various healthcare systems using DMF, dual write, APIs, and Azure services.
• Drive data architecture and migration strategy, ensuring appropriate controls and anonymization.
• Provide design governance for customizations and extensions.
• Act as solution authority across the delivery lifecycle, managing design risks and cross workstream dependencies.
• Support pre-sales for healthcare accounts, including solution proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping roadmaps for finance transformation and cost optimization.
• Mentor functional and technical teams, fostering reusable healthcare templates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of overall IT/ERP experience with at least 10 years on Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O / F&SCM.
• Minimum 5 years focused on healthcare or life sciences clients.
• Minimum 3 years in a Solution Architect role on large, multi-entity or multi-country D365 F&O programs.
• Strong experience with end-to-end implementations involving finance, procurement, and project accounting for healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record with USA and/or India rollouts, including localization for finance, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in designing and governing integrations with healthcare platforms.
• Consulting or partner background with substantial client-facing responsibilities.
