Solution Architect I

Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking to fill a Solution Architect I opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Primary Responsibilities: Design and deliver AI solutions and enterprise solution architectures for the Mythos AI platform. Translate enterprise architecture designs into detailed technical and physical designs. Guide engineering teams on AI/ML model integration, APIs, access controls, SLM execution, telemetry, observability, and guardrails. Provide architecture guidance throughout the SDLC, from design through production. Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, security, scalability, reliability, governance, and SRE practices. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, engineering, SRE, Agile teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs. Evaluate technical approaches, emerging technologies, cost, performance, security, and risk. Participate in architecture governance, solution design, testing, deployment, and technical decision-making. Travel to Buffalo, NY every 4-6 weeks; Eastern/Central time zone preferred. Scope of Responsibilities: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical solution architectures. Research and apply modern AI, cloud, software architecture, and technology trends. Support secure engineering, threat modeling, vulnerability mitigation, and operational readiness. Ensure delivered solutions comply with enterprise architecture, risk, and regulatory standards. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities. Provides technical architecture leadership and guidance to Agile and engineering teams. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of combined higher education/relevant experience. Experience with AI solutions, solution architecture, software engineering, and application integration. Experience with multiple programming languages and software architecture patterns. Strong technical communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience researching and applying modern technology trends. Education and Experience Preferred: Graduate degree in a technical discipline. Financial services/banking experience. Experience with Agile development and enterprise-level presentations. Cloud and/or programming certifications. Experience in multiple technical roles involving banking technology. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 - $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
