Job Title: Solution Architect II
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Chandler, AZ
Required Pay Scale: $65-70/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Summary
- Responsible for defining solution architecture and architectural vision for AI, automation, and orchestration capabilities supporting Network AI and Agentic Transformation. Operates across strategy, engineering, and deterministic automation pillars to guide scalable, reusable, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define solution architecture, system design, and integration patterns for AI-enabled and automated workflows
- Evaluate system impacts, dependencies, interfaces, and non-functional requirements (security, scalability, resiliency, performance)
- Translate business and transformation needs into scalable architectural solutions and reusable patterns
- Guide design decisions across AI, orchestration, and deterministic automation frameworks
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and security requirements
- Support delivery teams with architectural direction, tradeoff analysis, and implementation guidance
- Develop reusable standards, reference architectures, and best practices
- Participate in design reviews and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and production ready
Requirements:
- Strong solution architecture experience across application, data, integration, and automation domains
- Experience with AI/agentic systems, orchestration, and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, NFRs, and system design principles
- Ability to operate across strategy, engineering, and delivery environments
- Experience defining scalable, modular, and reusable architecture patterns
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and guide architectural decisions in complex environments
