Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications for the banking industry.
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and modern cloud-native architecture is required.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Java / Spring Boot / Microservices Advanced
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Strong expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Ability to explain service boundaries, communication, consistency, and failure handling.
2. Banking Domain Intermediate
Banking experience is required.
Credit Card, payment processing, or card lifecycle experience is strongly preferred.
3. Angular / Solution Architecture Advanced
Strong Angular experience.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, application integration, and distributed systems.
Architecture & Technical Depth Critical:
Candidates must demonstrate strong practical knowledge of:
Microservices & Distributed Systems
Saga Pattern Choreography, Orchestration, and compensating transactions
Resilience & Fault Tolerance Circuit Breaker, retries, timeouts, backoff, and cascading failure prevention
Kubernetes Deployments, Services, health probes, resource management, autoscaling, and troubleshooting
Service Mesh Traffic management, mTLS, observability, retries, and circuit breaking
CI/CD Automated testing, deployment strategies, rollback, security scanning, and release management
System Design Scalability, resilience, architectural trade-offs, and failure scenarios
