Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and Java frameworks, AWS cloud services, microservice architecture, and agile delivery practices. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between business and IT, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and guiding development teams through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solution architecture and high-level design documents, including decomposition into domains, API design, and creation of epics/stories for developers.
• Design and implement microservices with REST-based APIs, following Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Lead development teams during solution implementation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other Architects on product roadmaps and delivery.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies and approaches.
• Present complex technical proposals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build technology vision and strategy for assigned business domains.
• Promote reuse of solutions and recognize emerging technology trends to drive adoption within the organization.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT and business for the solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, including software design and architecture patterns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot).
• Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with messaging patterns (CQRS, Saga, Outbox, etc.), scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and agile/lean development methodologies.
• Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and managing enterprise processes.
