A Bachelor's degree with significant experience may also be considered.\n 7 or more years' experience in multiple domain-specific roles, with 5 or more years in architecture or a senior technical role.\n Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.\n Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and develop less-experienced team members.\n Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.\n A commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry trends, and the ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies and best practices as appropriate for the organization.\n Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n Expertise in the chosen domain of specialization.\n Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position\n \nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:\n Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the domain-specific architecture aligns with the enterprise's mission and core objectives.\n Solution Design: Takes the lead in designing robust, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions. Collaborates with business analysts to understand requirements and identify optimal technology choices.\n Technical Leadership: Serves as the go-to person for any technical queries related to the solution. Offers technical direction and guidance to development and implementation teams.\n Governance and Compliance: Develop and enforce architectural governance policies, guidelines, and standards that align with enterprise architecture principles.\n Stakeholder Collaboration: Regularly interfaces with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to ensure that the designed solutions perfectly align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with the existing architectural landscape.\n Technology Assessment: Evaluate existing technologies and architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.\n Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Provides cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions, ensuring optimal ROI.
