Solution Architect - MRP/SFI/PPDS - Remote

• Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience required

Required Qualifications & Experience

Industry Experience: Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, with understanding of A&D manufacturing processes (e.g., pegging, project manufacturing, government contracting compliance).

Technical Expertise:

• Proven hands-on experience architecting and configuring MRP (including project-based MRP/GPD).
• Deep expertise in PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) for complex constraint-based scheduling.
• Strong experience with Shop Floor Integration (SFI) and MES integration.
• Product Ownership: Experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum development framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and advanced planning solutions.
• Familiarity with defense-specific manufacturing concepts like Earned Value Management (EVM) and actual costing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
