Job Overview:
The Solution Architect Specialist will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of architectural frameworks, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure architecture solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks proactively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks and design patterns.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.

Pay Range: $90- $100

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
