E-logic is looking for a Solution Architect to guide the ongoing technical modernization of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Inspector General (OIG) analytics ecosystem from legacy platforms into an advanced, cloud-native architecture. This role will be hybrid in Washington DC area, as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the overarching hybrid cloud infrastructure, mapping dependencies between IBM InfoSphere, AWS Redshift, Databricks, and GIS/Graph platforms.
  • Author Network Architecture Diagrams and coordinate with OPM/OIG infrastructure and security teams (ISTG) to promote code safely from pre-production to production.
  • Enforce security guardrails, ensuring all solutions abide by FedRAMP High, FISMA, and FIPS 140-3 data encryption protocols.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing enterprise-level cloud data solutions within a federal environment (OIG or similar regulatory body preferred).
  • Direct experience working with the data-sharing ecosystems of major health insurance carriers and the federal government.
  • Advanced mastery of AWS architectures, FedRAMP High controls, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform integration pipelines.
