E-logic is looking for a Solution Architect to guide the ongoing technical modernization of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Inspector General (OIG) analytics ecosystem from legacy platforms into an advanced, cloud-native architecture. This role will be hybrid in Washington DC area, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize the overarching hybrid cloud infrastructure, mapping dependencies between IBM InfoSphere, AWS Redshift, Databricks, and GIS/Graph platforms.
Author Network Architecture Diagrams and coordinate with OPM/OIG infrastructure and security teams (ISTG) to promote code safely from pre-production to production.
Enforce security guardrails, ensuring all solutions abide by FedRAMP High, FISMA, and FIPS 140-3 data encryption protocols.
Qualifications
5+ years designing enterprise-level cloud data solutions within a federal environment (OIG or similar regulatory body preferred).
Direct experience working with the data-sharing ecosystems of major health insurance carriers and the federal government.
Advanced mastery of AWS architectures, FedRAMP High controls, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform integration pipelines.
