Overview:

Highlight is seeking a Washington, DC based Solutions Architect to join a new team supporting Department of Transportation. This role will design and implement technical solutions within an enterprise program management office. The Architect will be responsible for leading development activity on the team. Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for hub architecture that conforms to and is in alignment with the DOT common operating environment.
  • Responsible for overseeing the design/plan/execution of the hub development activity.
  • Performs application requirements activities to ensure the hub achieves the desired outcomes specified by the client.
  • Ensures system documentation is current and effectively represents the application.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
  • Minimum of 10-year experience as a senior-level professional responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex technical, software, or enterprise architecture solutions.
  • 10 years of experience in technical solutions and software development
  • Experience using Angular, C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and Less technologies.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a public trust.
