We are looking for a Solution Engineer- AI Business Process to join our team. As a Solution Engineer - AI Business Process, you will specialize in one of the following categories: Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and/or Sales & Services depending on your experience. You will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise AI developers unlock the full potential of Microsofts AI-powered stack across every stage of the development lifecycle. Youll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI through hands-on engagements like Proof of Concepts (PoC), hackathons, and architecture workshops. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen, hone your technical skills, and become adept at solution design and deployment.
As a trusted technical advisor, youll guide customers through secure, scalable solution design, influence technical decisions, and accelerate AI applications and agents into their development workflows. In summary, youll help customers modernize their applications by leveraging AI and realize the full value of Microsofts platform.
We are currently looking for Solution Engineer - AI Business Process professionals to join our teams across various business groups, for varying customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. By applying to this role, you will be considered for multiple opportunities within Microsoft across the United States including locations beyond where the role is posted. Travel percentages will vary according to role.

Solution Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year. Solution Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
