Job description:
The Solution Enterprise Architect will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform. This role requires a self-sufficient individual with strong technical skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across applications and integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs and will manage incidents within a structured ticketing system. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with design, build, integration, and testing are essential.
 
Required Skills:

• Strong experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.2 preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across applications, data, and integrations.
• Experience working with JDE tables, business functions, and batch jobs.
• Familiarity with JDE tools such as Orchestrator, UBE troubleshooting, and security.
• Experience working with users to recreate issues and document root cause.
• Strong communication skills to interact directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage incidents within an established ticketing system.
• Very strong in technical, hands-on in design, build, integration, testing.

• Experience integrating the Blackline ITC platform with SAP ECC.

• Provide self-sufficient support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems.
• Interface with business stakeholders to address and solve technical issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate and test solutions.
• Document root causes of issues and work with users to recreate and resolve them.
