Join us as a Solution Manager and play a key role in designing next-generation Cube/AutoStore solutions! You will be the bridge between commercial vision and technical reality - translating customer requirements into smart, end-to-end solutions that are easy to sell, implement and scale.

    What you will do:

    • Transform customer needs into clear technical blueprints, workflows, and architectures.
    • Define integrated solutions across storage, transport, software, and user experience.
    • Drive solution readiness-ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and operationally sound.
    • Enable global and regional teams with guidance, tools, and training.
    • Continuously improve solution templates, tools, and best practices.
    • Collaborate across global teams to deliver winning solutions that drive business impact.
    • Prioritize and allocate resources and budget to maximize solution readiness, quality, and business impact.

    What you need to succeed

    • 5+ years in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or supply chain solutions (customer or supplier side
    • Strong ability to simplify complexity and think end-to-end
    • Strong customer-centric thinking
    • Holistic thinking combining intralogistics processes, internal strategy and customer/market demands.
    • Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience balancing global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders
    • strong common sense and a pragmatic approach to solution finding
    • Experience in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical or business-related field
