    The Team

    We are seeking a Solution Product Executive (SME) to lead the customer-facing success of Craneware's Medication & Supply Portfolio.

    In this highly visible role, you will act as the subject matter expert (SME) across pharmacy and medication solutions-partnering closely with Sales, Implementation, Training, Customer Success, and the Revenue Office to ensure customers fully realize the value of our solutions.

    From early-stage prospect engagement through implementation and long-term adoption, you will play a critical role in demonstrating product value, shaping customer solutions, and driving successful outcomes.

    You Will Be

    • Serving as the subject matter expert for Craneware's Medication & Supply platforms, guiding customers from initial engagement through to value realization.
    • Partnering with Sales to present, position, and demonstrate product value in both virtual and on-site settings.
    • Leading customer-facing assessments, delivering tailored solutions aligned to customer needs.
    • Supporting product demonstrations, showcasing functionality, benefits, and real-world application.
    • Collaborating with Implementation, Training, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and full product adoption.
    • Delivering education and training to customers to maximize engagement and utilization of the platform.
    • Developing solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and revenue cycle performance for healthcare organizations.
    • Contributing to cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying additional customer needs.
    • Acting as a thought leader internally and externally, contributing expertise across the portfolio.
    • Working cross-functionally with Pharmacy Operations and Product Management to enhance product capability and customer outcomes.
    • Staying current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving technology within the medication and pharmacy space.

    You Will Bring

    • Licensed Registered Pharmacist or Pharmacy Degree required (PharmD preferred).

    • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience in complex healthcare operations, ideally within pharmacy or hospital environments.

    • Extensive knowledge of the 340B program and healthcare delivery systems, including hospital and clinical pharmacy operations.

    • Strong expertise across pharmacy systems and workflows, including:

    • Automated dispensing cabinets

    • Carousel systems

    • Inventory and formulary management

    • Wholesaler invoicing

    • 340B regulations and compliance

    • Advanced computer proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.

    • Proven ability to analyze problems and deliver solutions at both strategic and operational levels.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

    • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

    • Collaborative team player, committed to contributing to team, departmental, and organizational goals.

    • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtual, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.

    • Ability to capture customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
