As a Level 2 Solutions Analyst, you'll support and improve front- and back-end systems that ensure smooth hotel and casino operations, acting as a bridge between business and IT.
You will provide hands-on support for systems like LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP parking, and Infinium, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and driving system efficiency.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams on projects, ensuring compliance, and translating business needs into tech solutions.
Requirements include 3+ years supporting casino systems (LMS required), strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
Willingness to work on-call shifts or holidays is needed.
