The Solutions Analyst, Strategic Initiatives will support Stand8’s internal operations by identifying process inefficiencies, improving workflows, and supporting adoption of new tools and operational improvements. This role will contribute to enablement, documentation, data integrity, onboarding excellence, employee experience, and 5-Star Service initiatives. The position is ideal for an early-career professional who is curious, analytical, and motivated by improving systems, processes, and engagement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and support adoption of new tools, processes, and operational improvements.
  • Lead training, documentation, and digital adoption initiatives through SOP development, enablement resources, and process improvement.
  • Champion projects, rollouts, events, or other opportunities to explore your passion and make a difference.
  • Contribute to internal project operations — from onboarding excellence to 5-star service and data enrichment, there are several ways to contribute.
  • Own data integrity and enrichment as a foundation for success.
  • Support Stand8’s 5-Star Service initiatives through employee experience programs, recognition efforts, merchandise coordination, and meaningful engagement opportunities.
  • Track and analyze engagement signals including: CSAT and NPS data, participation and responsiveness metrics, internal and external feedback trends.
  • Review and champion improvement efforts across onboarding workflows, communication touchpoints, and completion metrics.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background or interest in operations, customer service, project management, or similar.
  • Fast learner who is naturally curious and motivated by improving systems and processes.
  • Strong written communication in English.
  • Excellent reporting experience and data analytics within Excel.
  • Interested in AI tools, workflow automation, or no-code platforms.
