What You'll Need to Have:
5+ years of solution architecture or technical implementation experience with 2+ years specifically in blockchain, crypto coin, or fintech environments
Deep expertise in blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana) and smart contract development (Solidity, Rust), including hands-on experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, custom)
Strong stablecoin, blockchain, and crypto domain knowledge with proven ability to design scalable, compliant end-to-end solution architectures for digital asset infrastructure
Experience with crypto custody solutions, wallet integrations, DeFi protocols, and secure asset onboarding/offboarding processes
Solid understanding of global regulatory landscape (SEC, MiCA, NYDFS) and compliance tools (e.g., Chainalysis), with ability to implement security frameworks using cryptographic primitives and HSMs
Demonstrated experience with cloud-native development (microservices, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure), API design (REST), and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
Clear and effective communication skills with proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across business, technology, and risk teams
Eastern or Central time zone location strongly preferred due to collaboration requirements
