This role determines Laboratory-wide requirements and incorporates them into solutions that may be commercial off the shelf (Oracle P6, PIF, WebLogic) or internally developed software and hardware. The individual may be responsible for project management in implementing complex solutions, including oversight of project documentation, marketing, training, budget, schedules, resource utilization, and benefits realization on complex solutions projects.
