Duties: Design and manage scalable and effective solutions within ZoomInfo client systems, focusing on CRM/MAT environments. Serve as both project manager and strategic consultant during onboarding and implementation phases. Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into technical requirements. Lead high-level technical discussions on topics including: data orchestration, API’s, data transformation, data hygiene, OAuth setup, and CRM workflows. Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Assist and contribute to technical documentation, including requirements and project plans. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating product defects to Development and Engineering teams when necessary. Enable clients to maximize solution benefits through best practices and innovative thinking. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders to align efforts with enterprise and strategic customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Client Support, QA Engineering, and Product Management. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Technical Delivery Team as needed. Other related duties as assigned.
$144,227.00 - $156,000.00. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Benefits include medical and dental.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics or related fields plus 3 years of work experience in the job offered, or in a technology related occupation. The position also requires each of the following: 3 years of technology implementation and/or consulting, ideally within SaaS or data integration environments. 3 years of experience managing customer-facing projects (onboarding, implementation, training). 3 years of experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Microsoft Dynamics. 3 years of experience in a technical advisory or architecture role (e.g., Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant). 2 years working with enterprise-level clients, including needs analysis, solution design, and executive stakeholder communication.
