Solutions Architect Lead - West Coast

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through production deployment
• Serve as primary technical contact during on-boarding and integration
• Guide customers through API, SDK, and platform integrations
• Gather technical and business requirements
• Design scalable implementation solutions
• Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams on complex technical issues
• Develop implementation documentation and integration best practices
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams
• Mentor and support implementation/integration team members
• Help establish scalable on-boarding processes and implementation standards

Lead enterprise fintech integrations at scale.Remote role with bonus, equity, and leadership impact

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Integrations Engineering, Professional Services, Implementation Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery through production deployment.
• Strong API integration expertise, including REST APIs, OpenAPI, JSON, SDKs, Postman, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions while effectively managing technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience serving as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the on-boarding and implementation lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, balancing timelines, risks, priorities, and customer expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience creating implementation documentation, integration playbooks, and repeatable on-boarding best practices.
• Leadership experience in a player-coach environment, mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with customer engagements.
• Fintech, payments, fraud, identity, compliance, AML, risk, or other regulated technology experience strongly preferred.
• Thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and enjoys building scalable processes, improving customer outcomes, and driving operational excellence.
